Fresh corn, scallions and zucchini are abundant in our farmer’s markets now. This class features a summertime favorite appetizer made with these garden-fresh favorites. We add a roasted poblano pepper to the mix to make these fun appetizers that can be served at a party, or enjoyed for a vegetarian meal. Serve with a dollop of herb sour cream.
