Wine & Food Pairing Menus

HOW IT WORKS

First, choose your preferred menu from the six options below.

Pair your wines. We offer wine selections to pair with your preferred menu through the direct-to-consumer program at Boisset Collection, a luxury lifestyle company with 28 historical estate wineries located in California, France and Hungary. Boisset Collection, owned by visionary vintner Jean-Charles Boisset, curated a luxury lifestyle brand of fine wines, food, gifts, and accessories inspired by his passion for wine and for enjoying memorable experiences around the table with family and friends.

As a Senior Director/Independent Ambassador with Boisset Collection, Debbie J. Elder presents selected wine pairings to complement each of her menus. The wine recommendations are available in limited production and subject to change based upon availability. One bottle of wine is suggested with each of the four courses (dependent upon the total number of guests.) Additional bottles may be purchased separately through the Boisset Collection at an extra cost per bottle. Wine shipments are sent directly to you, or your representative. Purchases of the wines for pairing are a separate transaction through the Boisset Collection.

Note: Each .750ml bottle serves 25.5 ounces, or a little over 12 two-ounce pours. Wine varietals and prices are subject to change and do not include shipping, tax. Debbie J. Elder does not sell or inventory wines for these events and is not allowed by Arizona law to sell wine directly to consumers.

The Wine and Food Pairing Dinners include the option to schedule a Wine Ambassador/or Sommelier to present the wines with each course.
