In this hands-on culinary workshop, you’ll learn how to prepare and decorate your own artisan focaccia bread using colorful vegetables, herbs, and seasonings to create an edible masterpiece. No baking experience is necessary—this class is designed for beginners and experienced home cooks alike.

After shaping and decorating your focaccia, we’ll place the breads in the oven for baking. Then, we’ll enjoy a freshly prepared Italian dinner featuring penne pasta, homemade beef meatballs, garden salad, and warm focaccia. You’ll take home your focaccia bread masterpiece to enjoy another day.

Guests are welcome to bring your own bottle of wine, canned cocktail, or can of beer. Consider sharing with other guests attending. Corkage fees apply ($10.00/bottle of wine; $3.00/canned alcoholic beverages.) Fees for corkage may be paid at the time of the event.
