Event Details
This week’s Happy Hour/Appetizer Class features healthy Vietnamese rolls. Fill your rice paper wrappers with your favorite raw veggies, mango slices, rice noodles, and optional pieces of cooked shrimp or chicken. We’ll prepare two dipping sauces: A Peanut Sauce and a Spicy Asian Dipping Sauce. This dish is Gluten-free and Dairy-free and the perfect dish for a light meal or snack any time of day.
