Quesadillas with Shitake Mushrooms Jarlsberg Cheese and Salsa Fresca
Event Details
One of the southwest’s favorite snack is the quesadilla. So easy to prepare, this version combines two kinds of mushrooms, including brown button and the woodsy shitake, with creamy Jarlsberg cheese. Topped off with a homemade salsa fresca. We’ll make both recipes in this class.
