Looking for a delicious and easy to prepare holiday cookie? We’ll be making a favorite in this virtual class: A dried apricot and almond Italian biscotti cookie. This cookie is baked twice, then cooled, and topped with a drizzle of white chocolate. A great cookie for snacking, dessert parties, or to pop in the freezer for future enjoyment. Allow 1 1/2 hours for this class.
